My name is DeShaun Adams and through the years I have had progressive experience motivating and inspiring clients to improve their all-around wellness. My background includes two bachelor’s degrees in health sciences and Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, and I am currently working on my Masters in Human Movement from Concordia University Chicago. As an experienced and passionate health professional, I have worked collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to bolster ongoing client relationship management and continuity of care. I possess sought after ability to integrate quality assessment and evaluative competencies and the ability to build excellent rapport with patients to help achieve healthy patient outcomes.
Through the years of experience, I have gained valuable industry knowledge and accomplished a strong background of education within Exercise Physiology, Strength and condition, and also in injury prevention that has allowed me to become a versatile team player and knowledgeable practitioner and trainer.
