LORA DAVIS

Lora is a CrossFit and Sports Performance coach at The DRC. She puts in countless hours to ensure our athletes are getting the best possible experience. Lora is currently a engineer / paramedic for the Goodyear Fire Department and has been a full time firefighter since 2006.
Lora played D1 softball for the University of Florida (UF). While there, she helped her team capture an SEC Championship and earned All-SEC and Regional Team honors. She was All-State and All-Region at Moon Valley High School (Phoenix, AZ). Lora earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology with a minor in education. She also spent 5 years as a teacher for the Washington Elementary School District. Lora is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.
Lora was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and was instantly hooked. She believes CrossFit has been a great way to improve her strength and maintain a high level of fitness for her job as a firefighter.
