Kris is a Performance Coach at the DRC. He loves sharing his passion for fitness and the experience he has gathered in his own pursuit. Kris has always thrived on competition, he feels that it pushes him to adapt and become a better version of himself regardless of failures or success.
Kris played Division 1 rugby at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology while furthering his knowledge in the fitness world. To help keep his competitive edge in rugby Kris found CrossFit and he quickly developed a love for the new sport and the amazing community it provided.
Outside of CrossFit, Kris is always on the move whether he is hiking up mountains, bouldering, paddle boarding, or continuing to learn more about fitness to grow his knowledge on how to help others. With his creativity and devotion, it shows that fitness is his true passion.
