JEFF LARISH

Jeff is an owner and co-founder of Dead Red Conditioning. He is the general manger and oversees the operations of our staff, programming, and facility.
Jeff is a former Major League Baseball player with the Detroit Tigers & Oakland A’s. He was an All-American at Arizona State University (ASU), where he became 1 of 3 players in College World Series history to hit 3 home runs in a game and was later voted 1 of the top 30 players in ASU history. While at ASU, Jeff was a Member of Team USA Baseball. He was also All-State and All-Region at McClintock High School (Tempe, AZ). Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from ASU. He is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, certified USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Jeff was introduced to the CrossFit methodology in 2006 and began to incorporate the methodology into his sport performance training. He has first-hand experience of the productive effects that this style of training can have at an elite sport performance level.
