Our Semi-Private Personal Training provides a workout program designed specifically for you and is tailored to your needs and goals.
Our group training program is comprised of general fitness classes that focuses on strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, as well as other athletic development components that are essential to increase your performance and reduce your injury risk.
We are former professional and college athletes, so we know how to get your athlete to the next level because we’ve been there. Our training is built to make your athlete more explosive and mentally disciplined so they can maximize their athletic potential.
This semi private training group is for our higher level high school and college athletes that are committed to train 2-3 days per week so they can get an edge on the field or court. It provides an individualized program tailored to each athlete’s sport specific needs and we limit each group to no more than 12 ahtletes.
