Macy Wilke is a Level One CrossFit certified coach and is currently completing her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. Macy was a volleyball player for 12 years including 3 years collegiately and a trip to the NCJAA national tournament. When she’s not at DRC she is listening to Taylor Swift or watching the Bachelor.
