Macy Wilke is a Level One CrossFit certified coach and is currently completing her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University. Macy was a volleyball player for 12 years including 3 years collegiately and a trip to the NCJAA national tournament. When she’s not at DRC she is listening to Taylor Swift or watching the Bachelor.
Awesome gym. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to be in the Phoenix area again for another drop in.
